So I cant seem to get my rating higher than 3. I've tried everything, flowers, bridges, fencing...

I think inclines, more trees, etc. Will help your rating grow :)

Hi Francesca, Ask isabelle for clues of you can. Pick up any dropped items. Pick weeds. Plant flowers and use fencing and place decorative structures that you haven't crafted. All these may help :) 🤞🤞
