@Lea, look for sand design codes there are some great one out there that u could mix up for different areas. Use ur coconut trees hammocks. Use panels to build hotels . There's a ton of beach items that can be used.

Gazebos and such can be used as bars and food places. Boardwalk are great too, look for those designs. Good luck 👍
