Have you ever blocked someone so they can't come to your island?

I'm very wary about meeting new players coz you never no if they are nice or not

I blocked one person. I told them if they were going to pick flowers, shake trees, or take anything to at least let me know. They did not let me know and did all of the above. I closed and blocked them.

No, though i have never experienced rudeness or disobeying the rules! I am sorry for all those who have had to deal with that :(
