@Pam sadly that's the way dodo codes are.. unless u manage to hit a quiet time people rarely limit the number of visitors and if 1 has poor Internet it can crash it for all.. u need lots n lots of patience.. :)

Or you can try open your own island and only give your code to someone offering to trade whatever u need. Close gate when they arrive or you'll get inundated :)

Even a guest with a weak net connection can crash an islsnd. Agreed, hosts need to limit guest counts to about 3 @ a time for stability reasons.

Or throttle the gate. Stand in airport & close gate after 3 guests arrive. It's work but worth it, guests can still leave & re-ooend gate preserves dodo code
