What is a Tardis and other ACNH stories

Well… according to Lottie the Tardis is on Animal Crossing. It could not be the traditional blue because of trademark purposes. She did also mention there also is a Doctor, but she would not elude to who it would be, except to say frontrunners would be Wardell or Label. Hmmmm.
