If you add a friend to your Switch and they do not appear on your friends list in the game, we found out traveling to their map fixes it.

Oh! So you would have to travel back there? Again?... damn! It might not be that easy... and then I would not need to add him anymore... could do a delivery in person... not via Dodo post... Thanks a lot for the tip Mel!!
