Hardest bug, sea creature, and fish to catch?

As for bugs - the Horned hercules, Giraffe stag, and Golden stag all have quite low spawn rates, as compared to most. They used to be a lot easier to collect back in the early days of ACNH, but then Nintendo reduced their spawn rates to make it even harder to get them!

@Ali, you'll see them on your villagers, also your villager will complain of being itchy. Once you see it just catch in your net.
