How to customize glow in the dark stickers?

Yes I do have them, I’ve downloaded some custom window designs, but when I place them they are separated

And I saw tut on the glowing in the dark stickers being used but , there is no option for me to customize them, they just place on the wall

GP to your workbench with them in ur pocket and customise them like any other item :)
