Also, never heard of it. However, if info is correct this almost Sounds like the name of an island within a group of islands at a treasure island site someplace. But I have no idea.

Yes, Wither is part of the "TreasureIslands" channel on Twitch. You can get the current code for Wither (and all of the other islands on the channel) from their live stream at - twitch.tv/treasureislands
