Lisa, I feel for you, it's a shame when that happens.. if she's still ur switch friend. You could try open with a dodo code to all if u see her online and alter your switch name to the dodo code and hope ur friend sees it..

Or if you have a mutual friend you could ask them to message the person you are missing.. failing that i have no more ideas.. sorry :(
