haven't met the in-game criteria to unlock the feature. Players must have at least a 3-star island rating, upgrade their Resident Services tent to a building, and complete their DIY customization workshop

When you get 3 stars you'll unlock a KK concert, the day after you do the concert it will be in the redeem nook miles section of your ABD
