if you go to your Nook Miles at the ATM there is the one you can buy with Nook Miles, not sure if it adds any slots though.. it does help when building boarders in your town.. lets you use the construction app to put them down fast

Oh, I bought that! It added like 50 extra slots I think is what the update video said when it came out-I may be wrong, but purchasing that with your miles will add extra slots.

Well, there's the custom designs thing for the construction app, and another thing for the custom designs app-two actually. One gives more slots, the other allows you to access the kiosk from your phone.
