bears and adding more castle, gothic type items may make an improvement that could really make this area pop. Also, maybe move or remove the surf boards near the airport. I feel they just don’t go. When walking the rest of the island I began to feel like

I was in a giant parking lot with pavement everywhere, few trees, and almost no grass areas. If this is the look you are going for then please continue on your path. There is a lot of open area yet to be developed so as you build I am sure things will change.

The players house is very well done. For sure I can say this, if the same skill is used in building/developing the rest of the island that was used in this house then this island is on the way to becoming a real show place.
